Je suis une femme de 19 ans, et je viens de Pologne .
Je parle Polonais, Anglais, un peu de Russe et un tout petit peu de Biélorusse, Ukrainien.
Hello! My name is Natalia and I am 19 years old. I come from a small village in Poland, my beloved homeland. I am a talkative and cheerful girl who loves reading books, especially poetry and Gothic novels, and is an amateur writer herself.
I am also fond of travelling, rock, classical and folk music, theatre, dancing, hair care, nature, photography, history (especially one of Europe and Turkey) and learning foreign languages.
Another one of my passions is folklore, especially Slavic one. Folk tales, myths, legends, folk music and songs, costumes, old traditions - discovering them makes my heart flutter.
I should also mention that I am a hopeless lover of "Phantom of the Opera" musical.
Despite my bright personality and laughing face I love everything surreal, ominous and mysterious. Foggy mornings, dark mountains, stories about ghosts damned for eternity.
My biggest dream is to be a great traveller and see every place this world has to offer, especially Latin America, Italy, Russia, Finland, India, Egypt, East Asia, Celtic countries and Canada. I want to see the lives and ways of simple people from both - big cities and countryside.
I am here because I enjoy talking to people and I love learning about different cultures, which is the most beautiful and fascinating experience.
From literature I especially adore literary works from the Romantic era, as well as Gothic fiction, but honestly I am able to read everything, from a sloppy romance novel like "Three steps above heaven" to the greatest masterpieces of Middle Ages like "Divine Comedy", though I prefer the latter.
My favourite writer is Adam Mickiewicz and my favourite books are "Dziady" A. Mickiewicz, "Balladyna" J. Słowacki, "Faust" J. W. Goethe, "The Witcher" A. Sapkowski, "Phantom of the Opera" G. Leroux, "Notre-Dame de Paris" V. Hugo, "Wuthering Heights" E. Brontë and "Intensity" D. Koontz.
My favourite poem is "Upiór" by Adam Mickiewicz. I know it by heart and I cannot even express how much I love it.
When it comes to movies and television I love historical and costume films and series as well as fantasy and tragedy ones. There is also a special place in my heart for silent and prewar films and old good Disney.
My all time favourite movies and series are "Titanic", "Game of Thrones", "Anne of the Thousand Days", "Schindler's List", "Beauty and the Beast", "Nosferatu", "Lord of the Rings", "Pocahontas" and "House of Flying Daggers".
