    Hey!
    My name is Esmée, I live in the Netherlands and I'm 17 years old. I would like to improve my English a bit and make a lot of international friends!   • Ce qui m'intéresse dans les autres cultures

    I would like to learn about other cultures, because there are so much cultures I don't know about! My dream is to go and travel the world sometime 🙂 If you got any tips on where to go, please tell me!

  • Un défi personnel

    For me, it was really hard to learn to really socialize. When I was younger, I was really shy and I didn't talk so much to people I didn't know well. Now I try to talk to everybody to improve my social skills! I also try to improve by English-writing skills by sending letters to penfriends.

  • Villes et pays visités

    Last year I've visited New York! It was my very first time so far away, before this I had never been further than Greece or Ireland. It was a really cool experience and I would really like to go back someday, there's too much that I haven't seen! I love traveling and I hope that I will get many oppurtunities to go abroad. I just came back from a trip to Bali with my family! It was really cool to see the island with my own eyes, especially because it's where my grandmother was born. In August I visited Taizé with school. It was a very special week and I cherish it very much. I would love to go back someday to meet new people.

    I teach little children how to play fieldhockey! It's the best job ever, because it's amazing to see how fast they can learn and understand things. I actually don't think it's a job because it is so much fun!

  • Mes plus grandes fiertés

    I'm the most proud of the fact that I've made a lot of friends and have become less shy. I've been trying to do things that would help me het rid of it, and it's finally paying off!

  • Livres/auteurs/films favoris

    I love movies like Mamma mia, Dirty dancing and Grease! I also like good action movies and thrillers, but the good old romancefilms are the best!

  • Vivre à l'étranger pendant un an

    I would love to live abroad for a year! I've tried to convince my parents to go abroad for a year, but unfortunately it didn't work 🙁.

    It would be such an amazing experience! I think I would go to America, because it's a country that has a lot of different sides and cultures. So if anyone's in for an exchange-like something, send me a message 🙂
